The practice was established in 1990 by Michael Kilbey F.I.o.R with the sole purpose of providing both industry and property owners with independent advice to solve problems with roofing, cladding, and building envelopes.
Since inception, the practice has been independent from manufacturers or contractors. With this independence, we have the ability to identify the correct solution with all approved products and systems available on the open market.

Liquid Roofing & Waterproofing Association. Members are devoted to best industry practice and aim to supply and install their systems to a client’s complete satisfaction.
All LRWA manufacturer members have to meet stringent quality criteria before membership with the LRWA can be approved. This includes:
